    These terms and conditions govern your use of the Get An Adviser website and the services we provide. By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.

    Who we are

    Get An Adviser is a trading name of IQ Financial Services Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 17283569. Our registered office is 4th Floor, Silverstream House, 45 Fitzroy Street, London, W1T 6EB. We operate from Stockport, Greater Manchester.

    We are an introduction service. We are not authorised or regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority, and we do not give advice, assess suitability or arrange contracts. We introduce mortgage and protection enquiries to The Finance Seer Ltd, which is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (Firm Reference Number 1017243). Any advice you receive is given by that firm, not by us.

    Our services

    We connect consumers with an FCA-authorised adviser at The Finance Seer Ltd. The scope of that firm's service — including which lenders or providers it can access, and the basis on which it advises — is set out by the firm itself, and it will confirm this to you in writing before giving advice.

    Fees

    Being introduced to an adviser through Get An Adviser is free, and we take no referral fee for mortgage introductions. Our introduction is free and we take no referral fee. The Finance Seer Ltd charges a fee for mortgage advice. Your adviser will explain the amount and when it becomes payable, and agree it with you, before you decide whether to proceed — there is no charge for the initial conversation. There is no fee to you for protection advice. Your adviser is remunerated by commission from the product provider if you take out a policy.

    The calculators and tools on our website provide estimates only. Results are based on the information you enter and standard assumptions. They do not constitute a quote or recommendation. Speak to an adviser for personalised guidance.

    Mortgage enquiries are introduced to The Finance Seer Ltd. The Finance Seer Ltd is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority, Firm Reference Number 1017243. We take no referral fee for mortgage introductions.

    Protection enquiries are introduced to Lewis Maxwell, an adviser at The Finance Seer Ltd. He is remunerated by commission or fee from the product provider, so we have a financial interest in protection enquiries and disclose it here.
